I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive as well. The hotel facilities were top-notch, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I also found the location to be convenient as it was close to transportation options.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at the hotel.

The location was quite convenient as it was close to several tourist attractions and shopping centers. the bed was comfortable, and the room had a TV and air conditioning.

The hotel was extremely unclean and the staff was poorly trained and unprofessional. the towels and sheets were not fresh, and the bathroom was dirty.

the room was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. the en suite bathroom was clean with hot water available round the clock. the staff was accommodating and made sure our needs were met. We were pleased with the complimentary breakfast and the various options available. the hotel also provided convenient airport shuttle service.

We did notice that the hotel lacked proper elevators, making it difficult to reach the upper floors with heavy luggage.
